Swizio™ is responsible for the production, packaging and shipping of your order. All orders are shipped via world-class carriers to ensure safe arrival of your package. A tracking number is provided for all orders placed with us, allowing you to track your order from shipment to delivery.

Swizio branded orders are shipped within 24 hours. Custom branded orders are shipped within 48 hours of design approval.

Shipping Times

• UK Mainland (1-2 Working Days): Your order will be shipped using a Royal Mail tracked service (1st Class).
• Europe (2-7 Working Days): Your order will be shipped using the DHL tracked service.
• Worldwide (2-14 Working Days): Your order will be shipped using the DHL tracked service.

All international (outside the UK) commercial orders are shipped via DHL Express and usually arrive within 2-5 working days.
